Return & Exchange

We allow Exchange of the items purchased from laatsaheb.com within the 3 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange is allowed provided the product is in original condition i.e. unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered & in saleable condition with original tags, invoice & packaging intact.

All products received will undergo quality check after the product has been received at our Warehouse. If the product picked does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.

Exchange can be done within3 days after your order is delivered.

• In case the customer received defective/wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us only.If the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) and the shipping charges are 100% refundable if you received defective/wrong product(s).(Max Courier Charge Rs 100 Refundable)(Only Apply in Defective of damage product received)
• If there is any size issue/unlike product any other issue by placed by the customer, then he/she has to bear the shipping cost.
• Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product(s) must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging.
• We only accept return or exchanges once

We do not accept any Return/Exchange of any altered garments.
Exchange an item is easy. Please note that items Exchange must be received within3 days of the shipping confirmation date, and that items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached.
