Cancellation of an order can be done by us or by you as mentioned herein.

We have the discretion to cancel an order. The reasons for cancellation shall inter alia include without limitation the following:

• In case the customer received defective/wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us only.If the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) and the shipping charges are 100% refundable if you received defective/wrong product(s).(Max Courier Charge Rs 100 Refundable)(Only Apply in Defective of damage product received)
• If there is any size issue/unlike product any other issue by placed by the customer, then he/she has to bear the shipping cost.
• Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product(s) must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging.
• We only accept return or exchanges once

No with standing anything contained herein, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever without any further liability. On such cancellation, you will receive a notification through email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to us.

We reserve the right to remove any product from www.shriimant.com at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, or for removing or modifying any material or content from the Website or not processing an order once we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

Availability Of Products – All product orders are subject to availability. Along this line, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no more items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of the same or higher quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse the amount that you may have paid.

Cancellation by the you – Prior to the product being shipped for delivery, you may cancel an order for any reason. No cancellation is permitted subsequently. If an order has been successfully cancelled, you will be sent a confirmation email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to us. We reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. You agree not to hold us liable for any rejection of order cancellations. You will receive a store credit as refund.
